Governor Mike Huckabee: Exceeding Expectations in New Hampshire
Celebrating in Des Moines After celebrating and driving from Iowa to New Hampshire we followed Mike Huckabee’s performance at the events today in snow-covered Manchester.
Huckabee hosted a Chowder Fest originally booking a 75-seat restaurant. But the advance team learned that the crowd was going to be considerably larger and they scrambled make the move to a larger venue.
A high quality problem to be sure.
The final count was over 700 coming out to support Mike Huckabee.
Mike Huckabee will do better than expected in New Hampshire.

Thank you (foot)notes:
New Hampshire is a state of 1.3 million; Manchester is the largest city in the “Live Free or Die” state with some 100,000 souls. Concord, the capital has only 30,000.
Getting rid of the Internal Revenue Service might appeal to the voters of the Granite State. Huckabee is the only candidate pushing for real change.
Thanks for this great blog. I am so disappointed with the MainStrain media and the conservative commentocracy’s constant trashing of Mr. Huckabee as “not conservative”, a Republican Socialist, and so forth.
Among the greatest offenses to me as a voter is their insistance on referring to him as a “Baptist pastor and former governor”. It leaves the impression that is the reverse of the truth.
Likewise, in fairness they should refer to Mr. Romney and Huckabee the same way, since both were ministers in their respective faiths. This, it could be “Mitt Romney, former governor and Bishop in his LDS church” along with “Mike Huckabee, former governor and Pastor in his faith.”
Better yet, since neither has been a minister for over 12 years, why not just call them both former governors — Huckabee, one who served three terms and Romney, one who served half a term before launching out on his quest to purchase the Oval Office.
Very cool! Randall and I just got home from our OC Huck Meet up and we were happy to have Jim Gilchrist be our speaker tonight, as well as forming our duties and various volunteer things we will be doing here in CA. Among the things I will be doing is being a media liason, as well as other various things!
The Lord is on the move and I agree, Huck will be our next President….I can’t wait!
Love and blessings to you all. Stay safe too…
Stacy
Getting rid of the IRS in favor of a flat sales tax is an idea supported by many people, but very few economists. I know one, and she explained that it would probably end badly for some complicated but very real reasons.
